@KatLH not really featured for team work, but one tool that could be useful in the toolbox is Open Knowledge Map:
Great way to discover papers.

@KatLH one thing I like to do is use etudier to scrape networks out of google scholar.

It's probably not feasible unless you enjoy noodling around in Gephi, but here are some recent examples of searching the literature of bystander intervention:
