Etherpad will work fine thanks. Although, the pad would expire, if not edited for a while?

For this kind of situation I sometimes use HackMD/HedgeDoc. Sometimes I use folders in NextCloud . NextCloud comes as part of a membership of May First MovementTechnology, for example. Both are more durable than an Etherpad?

Actually, Write.as might be just the thing, if 'publishing' is what you want to do, as distinct from collective authoring? Write.as is a fediverse blogging platform.

But if you mean to co-author stuff, the previous options serve that purpose.
