@natecull This lets me bring up something I've wondered about, / / -wise: isn't it a bit damning for a business to worry about potential liabilities and keep records of that they were anticipated, in the event that the anticipated events come to pass and the records are discovered during the discovery phase of a legal case?

Without some shielding from liabilities, this would discourage (documented, honest) foresight/prevention.
