It'd be cool if a service for following and finding scholarly users of the was available, like a scholarly fork of (communitywiki.org/trunk). The local timeline of Scholar.social is generally good (high(er) signal to noise ratio), but it's only one instance, raising up a single point of failure for scholarly communication in the .
