Was looking for articles about the design of Windows 95 (because I love the aesthetics of it) and I found this super cool SIGCHI article from the design team!

I particularly enjoyed reading about the decision to move from a waterfall process to an iterative one for Windows 95. I definitely take agile/agile-like design processes for granted, and reading the perspective of someone completely new to that methodology was super interesting.

@philips Hah, I definitely don't think it's the pinnacle of design, but I have a soft spot for retro software design. (plus the teal color they used for the default wallpaper is👌)
