My family often stays in wynfridhouse.com/en/ It’s run by monks but open to everyone. The prices on the web site seem even a bit high, I thought I remember my brother mentioning something like 30£. Just inquire, it might also be fully booked, though.

The second option is to rent a flat with AirBnB or some other site like that, there are many options
