The #bureaucrazy when working as a #psychologist at the Swedish National Employment Service (#Arbetsförmedlingen) is simply ridiculous. Before I meet a person (which he governmental agency insists calling "customer") I have to document this in three separate systems. Afterwards, I have to document our meeting in two to five separate systems plus write a medical journal BY HAND. And since there are no integration between those systems, I keep my own notes (in #markdown using #SublimeText).
