today and tomorrow we will have the first NWO Open Science grant (*) hackathon meeting for the BridgeDb project. This one is aimed at updating the existing tools to create mapping databases. In January (likely) we have the second hackathon that will be open to a much wider audience

a new lipid metabolism pathway in WikiPathways contains a lot of LIPID MAPS identifiers that we do not have in yet. Using Bacting I am adding a bunch of them.

4 years ago I used data from WikiPathways combined with and a JavaScript library for drawing chromosomes. this came up at the All Hands meeting. Code:

I can do both CLI, web, and GUI testing, and app testing on Android.
