New #scicomm blog

is really important. Especially, in the current fake-news dominated reality. However, most of scicomm is done in a unidirectional way. I think the web can help to make scicomm better and reciprocal. That's why I have started a new project, which I have called nibö.

nibö will start as a Spanish-written blog and later a video-blog that will try to make this sci conversation possible in the Spanish-speaking world.

If you want to contribute in any way, let me know.

@jorge My Spanish by far too rusty (and I've never used it academically) to contribute, but I very much like the idea!

New #scicomm blog

@jorge That sounds really cool. I wish my spanish was somewhat decent to help but alas.

I saw some scientists from Puerto Rico present at SFS that were doing fresh water related work and took school children out to mountain streams for outreach. I'll see if I can find their contact info.
