I am on holidays in #switzerland and I wonder how a first world country is so behind #parental leave. I hate to see that most European countries not only do not offer #paternity rights but make it difficult or even frown upon for #women to go back to #work.
As a #father, I do not think that my wife is the only one who should take care of my son. Even more, those without the #Swedish style of parental leave are losing the time of their lives with their #kids. #Fight for your partner going back to #work and for getting time with your kid!
It's not holidays but it's time to get to know better your kid and stablish gender neutral roles. As a father, my son sees how I cook, clean, do dishes etc as much as my wife.

Being the only one that works really hits hard on me.
My wife kinda refuses to go back to work because she grew acustomed to being with the kids, and i hate that. I loose so many hours of my life where i cant connect to the ppl i love the most.
Fighting for the right be a #father is also part of gender neutrality.
Establishing more rights for women is one thing, but dont forget to fight for your fathership
