heard a guy at a caf茅 say "I want to learn every language" and while I believe that would be practically (and in other ways) impossible, it makes me wonder if there is some kind of skillset you could acquire that would maximize the number of different language speaking humans you were able to partially communicate with 馃 馃挱

@logarithmic_function Hmm, I wonder if you could take language learning to some meta-level by recognizing what kind of language each language is and then approximating some rules. E.g., Dutch is Germanic, and they have words sounding like this. They may have borrowed this word from German. It probably only takes you so far, though.
