@theartguy Hello! I've taught visual art in public schools all over the country for what seems like forvever. My husband is a wed-developer and I always see him getting and giving professional advice on forums. I'm looking for something similar but for art education. The job is so specific, it's difficult to have a conversation about work with non-art teachers! #arted #artteacher #visualart #arteducator

I started out teaching high school, but much of my career has been K-6 as an art-on-a-cart-in-a-car teacher. Only the last 9 years have been K-8, but all of it has been in public schools. (Even my current arts academy is public. It's just a magnet program.)
