Practicing what will be, on Wednesday, the first ever professional talk about my own work that I'm giving entirely in French.
I've been teaching for years now, probably hundreds of hours of lectures, but somehow this is still nerve-wracking.
@gabrielheinrichs Since it's also a real word in English that most of them know, it's more "pehnse" than "pense"...

@pence Bon courage, you can do it! I only just realized what a great family name you have to teach philosophy in French. 🙂 Do your students indeed pronounce ça comme 'il pense'?
