I have here a gamma spectroscopic signal (left) from a neutron activation analysis of an air sampler filter, which was used to measure air concentration of particulates which resuspended from an indoor surface deposit. The more pronounced peak to the right is part of the background signature.

Hello! I am working towards a physics PhD and trying to get into better writing habits, and I hope blogging about my work and interests here will help with that.

I'm investigating the resuspension rates of toxic contaminants to help make predictions of inhalation exposure doses. My current method uses neutron activation analysis on air sampler filters to quantify air content.
