@jaranta @dzulli We do use the phrase "freedom of expression," which is the term the UN uses: https://www.un.org/en/chronicle/article/freedom-expression-fundamental-human-right
@robertwgehl @dzulli "freedom of speech" is used in each of the first three paragraphs, while "freedom of expression" is used once on the whole page.
