Anyone know any good OER, open ed. resources, for college English comp? I'm pushing for my department to ditch overpriced textbooks & replacing them with free, trustworthy online items.

@rusty I do! I was working on this project for a small college last year. There's a ton of great resources on this and I had to narrow it down to keep it manageable. My favorite resources were:

1) Writing in College by Amy Guptil milnepublishing.geneseo.edu/wr

2) Writing for Success (U Minn) open.lib.umn.edu/writingforsuc

3)The Word on College Reading and Writing by Carol Burnell et al openoregon.pressbooks.pub/wrd/

4) Choosing and Using Sources OSU Libraries ohiostate.pressbooks.pub/choos

@rusty In addition to @Holly's great suggestions, I've heard good things about Write Here, Right Now by Aaron Tucker and Paul Chafe
pressbooks.library.ryerson.ca/

It was specifically mentioned in the context of being a close alternative for They Say, I Say.
