I'm a metadata librarian (we used to be called catalogers). I'm a quasi-academic, working for university libraries in the past, but now work for a prominent think tank. I'm interested in the organization of information and how it's accessed.
Take two.
I'm Shawn, at Carleton u, and I suppose I do digital archaeology, for lack of a better term! I blog it at electricarchaeology.ca. Wrote a book w Ian Milligan & Scott weingart called the historian's macroscope. Created & edit a journal for expressive engagement w history & archaeology called Epoiesen http://epoiesen.library.carleton.ca
That's me in a nutshell. #introductions
