A very small thing, but I'm glad that I found a kludgy recommendation online for how to make my Apple Watch give me a little nudge every 30 minutes. It took about 10-15 minutes to add a bunch of fake "events" to a calendar, each repeating indefinitely, each set to give an alarm when the "event" happens. I put them in a new calendar, so I can hide it from other apps & all those events disappear from the calendar app I actually use. Since I don't quite perceive time, it's super helpful.
