I love the enthusiasm of my group, but how do I get them to think about the DETAILS?

Don't want to them to start something and not be able to finish it because they forgot to pick up the pieces, it's too much of a legacy

@noctiluca I try to ask clarifying questions about their end goals so that we can work backwards from there. Trying to think of the potential pitfalls along the way, see what we can plan for, and what things we can't control. Getting a clear map of the road ahead definitely helps, and makes it easier to follow a plan.

It's surprising how easy it is to suddenly come across a problem that stops your work dead in its tracks, that could have been avoided with some forethought
